Terms
The terms for using this website, and where the terms for the products live.
Last updated:
These terms cover this website, anyeads.com. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email Handy.g@anyeads.com and a person will answer.
Who you’re dealing with
ANYE is built and operated by Handy Gunawan, a sole trader based in Indonesia (“we”, “us”). We make software. We are not an agency and we do not sell marketing or consulting services.
What this site is
anyeads.com is where we publish our principles, describe what we are building, and keep our writing. Nothing is sold here.
- Ember — our ADHD coaching software. It lives at ember.anyeads.com, and everything about accounts, plans, payment and use of the product is governed by Ember’s Terms of Service, not by this page.
- Mond — in development. There is nothing to buy and no service behind it; joining the waiting list only means we may email you when it opens.
Using the site
Read it, quote it, link to it. Please don’t try to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or pass our writing off as your own. The words and design on this site belong to us; the ideas are yours to use.
What we publish is not advice
Our writing — including the Codex — is general information about ADHD coaching, tools and practice. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Questionnaires you can try, such as the ASRS, are screening instruments and do not diagnose anything.
Honest limits
This site is offered as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, and we will fix what we get wrong, but we can’t promise it is never wrong or never down. Where the law allows, our liability for your use of this website is limited to what you paid us for it, which is nothing.
Changes
We update these terms as things change; the date at the top tracks it. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
